It’s simple.
Follow these easy steps:

REFUNDS

1. FILL OUT THE FORM

Complete the required return information form on the back of your order packing slip.

2. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

Return your unwanted item(s)* within 60 days from the date your order ships. Pack your item(s) securely, along with the return information form (in the original packaging), and mail directly to:

*All merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and the panty protective strip intact to receive your refund.

3. SHIP IT

Affix the USPS prepaid return label to your package* for a e‑gift card credit or choose your desired shipping method for a credit card refund. We recommend using a service that can be insured and tracked.

Returns lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep your tracking number on file.

4. BE PATIENT

Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to process once we have received your package. The amount of your refund will then be applied to your original form of payment within 15 days.

5. CHECK YOUR EMAILS

You will receive a confirmation email once your return is received. If you have a registered account with us, sign in here to check the status of your return.

EXCHANGES

Here’s what you need to do:

1. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

To make exchanges as easy as possible, we have included a trackable exchange shipping label on the front of your order packing slip. Simply remove the label and place it on your exchange package.

2. PLACE A NEW ORDER

Search our site to find your desired item(s) and use the special coupon code 19S4AEX at checkout to receive free standard shipping. Fill in your new exchange order number and any other required information on your packing slip.

3. SHIP YOUR PACKAGE

Place your original item(s)* and packing slip in your bag and drop off your package to your preferred shipping carrier. Once our warehouse processes your package, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment within 3-15 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SWIMWEAR SETS

If you purchased a two-piece swimwear set and need to exchange either the swim top or bottom, please call Customer Service at 1.888.241.7946 for assistance. Thank you! 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you feel that an item in your order was defective and you would like a refund*, simply fill out the reason code as “Defective” on the return information form and use the return shipping label provided. This is an essential step to ensure you receive free return shipping. You will be refunded in the dollar amount of your return item(s) plus your original shipping and handling fees. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to process and 15 days for it to be applied to the original form of payment.

PAYPAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges cannot be processed for PayPal or Amazon orders. Please return the item(s) and allow 3-4 weeks for your refund to post to your PayPal account - less shipping and handling charges.

*For returns, exchanges or defective merchandise, all items must be sent back to our warehouse within 60 days from the date your order ships. Any merchandise received after 60 days will be returned back to sender.
