Are these shorts made of good quality so they aren't see through?
do they have a panty inside?
BEST ANSWER: They do not have a full built-in panty, but are constructed with a comfortable polyester/mesh gusset lining that prevents the fabric from rubbing against your skin.

Are the sizes true to size because when getting wet while swimming stretches out?
BEST ANSWER: Mine fit true to size and do not stretch out when wet. I really like them, very comfortable.

What's the material?
BEST ANSWER: These shorts have a lot of stretch 100% polyester 18% spandex they fit great and stay in place even while swimming.

Is there a matching top?
BEST ANSWER: No. I mix and match them with all my tops. There may be a black top available currently, I don't know. I like to put a colorful top over black shorts.
