Swimsuitsforall.com ships Monday - Friday. ALL ORDERS placed BEFORE 2:00PM Eastern Time will ship within 2 business days. Orders placed AFTER 2:00PM Eastern will ship within 3 business days.
Ground Shipping (using the US Postal Service) orders should arrive within 7 -10 BUSINESS DAYS of the ship date.
UPS does not deliver to any post office boxes or APO/AE addresses.
All 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day orders that are placed before 2:00PM EST will ship out the same day and those placed after 2:00PM EST will ship out the following day.

All domestic exchange orders are eligible for FREE ground shipping (up to $11.95) by entering coupon code EX10 during checkout (offer does not apply to international and/or express shipping). If using the free ground shipping coupon, no other discount can be applied.
DON’T WANT TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
• Then check the box on your return sheet and receive a store credit instead of a refund to your credit card.
• Email (customer service email) or call toll-free 1-888-241-SWIM (7946) to provide us with your order #.
• We will e-mail you a return label which you can use to send back your return for FREE.
• When we receive your return, you will be issued a store credit to use towards your next purchase. Store credits do not expire.
RETURN POLICIES:
Merchandise must be returned within 20 days (30 days for international customers) of the order date for credit back to the original credit card. Customers with returns received after 20 days receive store credit (see details below).
No returns will be accepted after 30 days (45 days for international customers). If you foresee a problem meeting this time line, please contact us toll-free at 1-888-241-7946 or e-mail help@swimsuitsforall.com for a pre-approval of a late return. Merchandise returned after 30 days will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of $5.95, charged to the original credit card.
Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and protective panty liner strip intact. Removal of panty liner will void any attempt at returning or exchanging a swimsuit. Merchandise which does not meet these criteria will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of $5.95, charged to the credit card used for original order.
Returns can take up to 30 business days to be processed once they are received. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed. Only the cost of the suit will be refunded for returns.
Returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured service with tracking information. In case the original packing slip or return form is lost, please contact customer service toll free at 1-888-241-7946 or e-mail help@swimsuitsforall.com for another copy.
USING STORE CREDIT:
Returns received after 20 days (30 days for international customers) receive store credit. Store credit is issued as a gift card code and will be emailed to you once your return is processed. The gift card code can be entered into the gift card tab during the checkout process to be redeemed. Store credit can also be redeemed by calling us toll-free at 1-888-241-7646 or e-mailing help@swimsuitsforall.com.
NOTE: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Failing to include the original packing slip and completed return form with returned merchandise will delay the credit process. |
