We apologize for any inconvenience as we will be closing  for the holiday on Thursday July 3rd at 8pm, and Friday July 4th all day, returning Monday July 7th.  Any express orders ordered after 2PM on Thursday July 3rd will be shipped out on Monday July 7th.  All emails and voicemails sent from July 4th to July 6 will be responded to on Monday July 7th.  Once again we apologize for any inconvenience and hope you have a wonderful Holiday!

RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise must be returned within 20 days (30 days for international customers) of the order date for credit back to the original charge card. Returns received after 20 days receive store credit (see details below). No returns will be accepted after 30 days (45 days for international customers). If you foresee a problem meeting this time line, please contact the Customer Service Manager at 1-888-241-7946 or e-mail Michaele@swimsuitsforall.com for a pre-approval of return.

Merchandise returned after 30 days will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of $5.95, charged to the original credit card.

Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and protective panty liner strip intact. Removal of panty liner will void any attempt at returning or exchanging a swimsuit (excludes men’s and children’s swimwear). Merchandise which does not meet these criteria will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of $5.95, charged to the original credit card.

Clearance items are not returnable.  If any clearance items are returned, they will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of $5.95 charged to the original credit card.

Returns can take up to 30 business days to be processed once they are received. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.  We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed.

Returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit will be the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend using an insured service with tracking information.

USING STORE CREDIT:

Returns received after 20 days (30 days for international customers) receive store credit. Store credit is issued as a gift card code and will be e-mailed to you once your return is processed. The gift card code can be entered into the gift card tab during the checkout process. Shipping Rates and Information

Swimsuitsforall.com ships Monday - Friday. ALL ORDERS placed BEFORE 2:00PM Eastern Time will ship within 2 business days. Orders placed AFTER 2:00PM Eastern will ship within 3 business days.

USPS (Post Office Service) takes 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS to deliver after date of order.

UPS does not deliver to any post office boxes or APO/AE addresses.

ALL 3 Day, 2nd day, and Overnight orders that are placed BEFORE 2:00PM Eastern Time will ship out that same day.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER, REMEMBER TO SELECT NON-US FOR THE STATE (it is alphabetically listed); ALSO REMEMBER, IF YOUR POSTAL CODE IS LESS THAN 5 DIGITS, PUT ZERO(S) IN THE FRONT OF THE NUMBER

For example, if you place an order on THURSDAY BEFORE 2:00PM for 3 Day Select, it will not arrive until Tuesday because UPS does not count the weekend. If it is AFTER 2:00PM, then the warehouse will receive your order on Friday and ship it out on Friday but 3 day Select UPS counts 3 days – Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

If you place an order on THURSDAY BEFORE 2:00PM for 2nd Day Air, it will not arrive until Monday because UPS does not count the weekend. If it is AFTER 2:00PM on Thursday, then the warehouse will receive your order on Friday and ship it out on Friday but 2nd day air UPS counts two days -- Monday and Tuesday.

If you place an Overnight order on Thursday BEFORE 2:00PM, it will ship out that day and you will get the package on Friday. If it is after 2:00PM, then the warehouse will receive your order on Friday and ship it out on Friday. UPS will deliver it on MONDAY. In addition, if you place a Next Day Air order AFTER 2 PM on Friday, the warehouse does not get your order until Monday. They will ship on Monday and you would receive it on Tuesday.

If it is after 2:00PM and you need your order the next day, please call the customer service line at 1-888-241 SWIM(7946) and we will try and manually enter the order for you --- as long as UPS has not already picked up the packages from the warehouse.
