After every use, the garment must be hand washed. Harmful elements such as suntan lotions, salt, chlorine, and body perspiration can cause discoloration and spandex breakdown. Since laundry detergents are too harsh on the spandex and the color, use mild hand soap made without added moisturizers. Do not wring the swimsuit to remove excess water. Lay it flat on a towel and roll the towel up and squeeze gently. Remove it from the towel and lay it flat to dry. Do not hang it to dry as that will stretch out the fibers in the fabric. Avoid using washers and dryers as damage can occur due to agitation and excessive heat. It is also important to let your suit "rest" between uses. This allows the spandex to bounce back (called recovery) to its original size and maintain its fit longer. If you wear a suit without letting it recover, it will lose its shape and fit more quickly. It's recommended to let the suit rest for 24-36 hours between uses. Always remove excess moisture with a towel and lay flat to dry indoors or in the shade. Also note, direct sunlight will fade your suit. It is always a great idea to have more than one suit.

I wear them for tennis several times each week and now that it is warm again I will go from the court into the pool so swim and play tennis with them. Love them and they last along time considering how much I wear them and launder them. I do not use the clothes dry which is partly why the fabric lasts better.
I bought this AGAIN because I loved the length of the skirt and wanted a second. I am a size 20 bottom and I have been looking for just a little bit more length for coverage. I am hoping that the second one will run the same size and length. I had been wearing one skirted bottom for years because I couldn't find another one that fit me as well. This old bottom has finally self destructed. This new one is a fabulous replacement.
this product works great for my water aerobics class. After a year I have noticed it is beginning to deteriorate some in the seat..from sitting in the spa I think. Now I have three so I will rotate. they fit perfectly!!! ps because of the skirt you cant see the deterioration. still fits great.
These are my after-swim driving-home wear. I generally shower at home before work, so it's just a matter of being decent enough to get there. I pull these on over my suit for the ride to the pool and use them with a t-shirt for the ride home. I generally prefer them to shorts for the summer.
what are the lengths of the skirt bottoms? are some shorter than others?

Best Answer:I purchased two of these skirts. One is a size 18W and the other a size 20W (old sizing). There is a very slight difference in the length of the two skirts, however, both are longer in the back than in the front. This suits me perfectly as I need more length in the back. They are also much as pictured in length in the front. A skirt I purchased from a different supplier resulted in an expensive alteration bill as the skirt was about two inches above my knee and was much too long for water exercise. I wear these constantly alternating with the bike shorts which are also perfect in length.
