82% Polyester / 18% Spandex
After every use, the garment must be hand washed. Harmful elements such as suntan lotions, salt, chlorine, and body perspiration can cause discoloration and spandex breakdown. Since laundry detergents are too harsh on the spandex and the color, use mild hand soap made without added moisturizers. Do not wring the swimsuit to remove excess water. Lay it flat on a towel and roll the towel up and squeeze gently. Remove it from the towel and lay it flat to dry. Do not hang it to dry as that will stretch out the fibers in the fabric. Avoid using washers and dryers as damage can occur due to agitation and excessive heat. It is also important to let your suit "rest" between uses. This allows the spandex to bounce back (called recovery) to its original size and maintain its fit longer. If you wear a suit without letting it recover, it will lose its shape and fit more quickly. It's recommended to let the suit rest for 24-36 hours between uses. Always remove excess moisture with a towel and lay flat to dry indoors or in the shade. Also note, direct sunlight will fade your suit. It is always a great idea to have more than one suit.

Poor dye jobThe fit of this skirt is excellent, so I was excited to get the chance to wear it. However, I wore it to the beach on vacation and my excitement turned into a huge embarrassment. After a day in the sun, I looked at my legs and waist and my skin was a bluish purple color from the dye from the skirt bleeding all over my skin. It even bled onto my swimsuit top, which will make me extremely angry if I can not get it clean. It took strong scrubbing several times to get my legs back to their own skin color. i would definitely recommend washing this skirt several times before wearing.

Fit was not for meThis skirt bottom was nice looking, but the fit was not for me. The panty was too short and the skirt was too long. The elastic in the waist was way too loose with not enough stretch. It did not give me enough coverage in my tummy area and I couldn't pull it up any higher. The skirt was 2 inches from my knees. Please make the panty to cover at least to the navel and make the waist band with more stretch for a more secure fit.

Great but not true to sizeI plan to use this on vacation doing water sports and being active on the beach and I think it will work great for that. However, it doesn't fit true to size or at least not international sizing. I'm from Canada and it fits small to Canadian sizing. I'll be returning the one I ordered for 1 size larger but I'm very happy I tried it at all as I think it's great quality for a great price.

Perfect coverageWas needing a comfortable suit bottom that covered the bits I didn't want to show everyone in the public pool. This bottom has a longer skirt than the ones that I have been used to. I really like this one, if you didn't know it was swimwear, you would think that it was cute lightweight short skirt. I'm going to order another one just in case they stop making this great design.

nice surpriseso far I am very pleased with my new swimsuit, I wear it a the ymca pool about 2 times a week. My previous swimsuit was not chlorine-resistant and it only took a few months to wear it out in the pool, hoping the chlorine-resistant prolongs the life of the suit. My only complaint is there wasn't any in my size and the style I wanted with a underwire or mor supportive bra.

Cute! These swim skirts and gorgeous! They give you that little more coverage than the straight pants, but don't look old-ladyish. My only gripe is that I would prefer the attached pants to come up a little higher and hold in my tummy. Great value, even including postage to Australia.

Great to cover surgery scarHaving just has hip replacement surgery, I wanted something that would cover the scar when at the beach. This swim skirt does just that. It is long enough to completely cover the scar and to wear while walking along the beach. I also use it for water walking at the pool.

Great for water aerobicsI wear this for water aerobics weekly. My first two piece! Mid section doesn't show when jumping or raising arms during exercise. Would have like a little longer length in panty. Can get another bottom skirt and change out of wet one when at the beach this summer.
I have 2 suits that do not have a sarong or a skirt. I don't use them because I am a large woman, age 71 and I have areas below the waist that are very droopy. With a skirt, I can wear the two suits using the skirt to cover my " droopies."
what are the lengths of the skirt bottoms? are some shorter than others?

Best Answer:I purchased two of these skirts. One is a size 18W and the other a size 20W (old sizing). There is a very slight difference in the length of the two skirts, however, both are longer in the back than in the front. This suits me perfectly as I need more length in the back. They are also much as pictured in length in the front. A skirt I purchased from a different supplier resulted in an expensive alteration bill as the skirt was about two inches above my knee and was much too long for water exercise. I wear these constantly alternating with the bike shorts which are also perfect in length.
