After every use, the garment must be hand washed. Harmful elements such as suntan lotions, salt, chlorine, and body perspiration can cause discoloration and spandex breakdown. Since laundry detergents are too harsh on the spandex and the color, use mild hand soap made without added moisturizers. Do not wring the swimsuit to remove excess water. Lay it flat on a towel and roll the towel up and squeeze gently. Remove it from the towel and lay it flat to dry. Do not hang it to dry as that will stretch out the fibers in the fabric. Avoid using washers and dryers as damage can occur due to agitation and excessive heat. It is also important to let your suit "rest" between uses. This allows the spandex to bounce back (called recovery) to its original size and maintain its fit longer. If you wear a suit without letting it recover, it will lose its shape and fit more quickly. It's recommended to let the suit rest for 24-36 hours between uses. Always remove excess moisture with a towel and lay flat to dry indoors or in the shade. Also note, direct sunlight will fade your suit. It is always a great idea to have more than one suit.

OMG! Everything fits!!I just bought this Tankini and paired it with black short #1135. They both fit!! I'm a size 12 on top and 14 on bottom. It's such a relief to find a swimsuit I can wear and not be embarrassed to be seen in. I'm 52 and I've put on a few pounds the past three years. I've signed up for a Aqua Fit class to get back in shape. This Tankini looks sporty and has extra support in the bust. It's perfect!

New Lane Swimmer from
Cute Top!!Cute top. Love the design and the fit. The top bra part offers great support. I like the high neck line as well. No worries of pulling it up in the front or worry about coverage. The material seems high quality. I have worn it to the pool several times and it is holding up well.

love it bought 3 of themSo happy with purchases would do it again and wanted the suit in blue but sold out
I workout 3 times/week in a heated pool and wanted to try the chlorine-resistant swimwear - and buying a tankini and bottoms because I am afraid the one-piece suits would not be long enough for my torso.
It's chlorine resistent, has shoulder straps that won't come undone and a flattering design. Also, it doesn't have a fabric layer (like the sarong type swimsuits) that will make my swim belt ride up in water aerobics .
I am in a transition with my body right now due to health issues. I still want a good swimsuit that looks great and will stand up to nearly daily pool wear to play with my kids this summer. I picked separates so that if my transitional status demands it (or I get lucky and get smaller) I can change sizes with less expense.
The takini top appealed to me. I have both a full coverage black bottom (standard bathing suit bottom) and a boy cut bottom. Thought it would look good with either. Rec'd and loved it but it ran small. Had to exchange it for the next size up.
